Small drawing on the left is of the Dumas parts. Computer plan on the right is the "O" GB, scaled to double. Instead of a 24 in span the "Z" will now be 48!

The techniques involved here, though similar, are radically different. How do you guys do it??? I shall persevere and give this my best shot! From a chainsaw and 2x4's to forceps and 1/16 balsa, tough on the old hands and eyes.
