Spoke wheels can now be “home brewed” to fit most scales that I may require. From left to right, Surgical silk wheels for Ogre, Fishing line monofilament wheel for a future build, and the Kevlar spoke wheels that I used on Nunzio. The Kevlar wheel has a wooden rim and a simpler lacing pattern. BTW for what it is worth, the DAP spackle, to Gumby’s right, has the Gumby seal of approval and is readily available at the Home Depot or Lowe’s. |

Diameter and test unknown found in very old tackle box. After the lacing, a heat gun was briefly applied. This cause all spokes to contract and tighten. Super strong and tight wheel. |
