The only kit wood I've used on the wings or tail was the leading edge of the wing. The theory is for a bit of strength when it undoubtedly plummets to the earth and because its in front of the C of G for a bit of extra nose weight. Sarcasm aside, the whole thing feels pretty light compared to the FW190 at the same point so I'm hopefully going in the right direction.

After test glide landing gear was no more. Weghted noes with fishing shot glued inside nose which you can see. Didnt paint model although I did want to but it felt pretty heavy at this point and I only want to build to fly. Dont these kits break some kind of trade descriptions act with the words flying model on the box. Hopefully my next model will be an improvement.
