This is so much fun, I always leave this for the very last. Used laminated balsa (soft) and this is the easiest one I've ever done. I usually use birch-balsa laminates.

Corsair Armament. I just found out that I have no knack for attaching fins after three different plans. Right after I attach these I'll find out that someone sells these ready to go for ten cents. It was a nice Sunday job though, wife doing cross stitch and me cursing at the table together.

This is two coats of Tamiya hi-gloss brushed on. I gave up on the spray paint plan since teh propellants kept freezing up. I used a high quality wide brush and was very happy with the results.

Always the last thing to do is the underside of the wing. I wanted to assemble this section before I attached the wing but had too much trouble with alignment. The smear is acrylic with a light overcoat of sanding sealer. Not a good thing.
