| Another stunning job Dave. I'm sure you've been asked this before, but how do you get such a smooth finish on your planes? You can't even tell there are stringers forming the structure. |

| Thanks John. The short answer is to double all the stringers on the fuse and usually triple them on the wing. There are hundreds of photos on here of my planes in all stages of their construction and they should illustrate just about all my techniques. And yes you can see the stringers, it's part of the charm, but I also have a long time interest in photography. I do not alter the images I post here except to crop them and as you might expect with a digital camera, I take lots more than I post. |

| Mr. Duckett...er David is "the man". I fully appreciate his sharing his techniques as he has made me a better model builder. Check out the stages of his builds. He basically walks you through the process. A "free" tutor is pretty hard to find today. Thanks DD. |
