| mattolson | 18-May-07 11:08 | | I too started this mid last year and decided to practice on the Spitfire first. I didn't like the tailwheel mechanism either and I decided to go with a locking pin going thru the fuselage. Didn't work out all the details yet though. The main landing gear mechanism works well, just be prepared for a patient tweaking and fitting session, same for the folding wings. Hope to see pics of your progress! |

I've got just about everything else completed, the landing gear are working, they were a pain, and I've got all of the moveable surfaces working, but I decided not to build with folding wings though. |
