The tips may not get corrugating as I do not think I can form the sheets to fit. moostang51 28-Jan-08 18:57 If all else fails, how about remove those wing tips already installed and oversize them to the larger limit of the corrugated sheet. Then scribe the corrugation in with an emery board. Since you work with basswood rather than balsa, the process would be more controlled and forgiving.
