It's a little heavy I think (I added paint) so I may add an additional strand of 1/8" or go up to a single loop of 3/16" for a little more horsepower. scirocco14 24-Aug-09 17:52 I've worked on this one, made the landing gear removable to save weight and drag. Also added some clear acetate trim tabs on the rudder and stablizer to get it turning left and level. I now have it flying two complete circles of my front yard on 500 turns of 1/8" FIA, about 15 seconds-20 seconds. With a larger motor, I think I could get it up to 30 seconds.
