Image Comments pfinn 19-Jul-09 22:16 I've been playing around with some thin .005" aluminum sheet metal forming to make a one piece exhaust duct. This is the first play effort and it looks promising. Overworked it though without annealing so it cracked. Plus I did it with what I had on hand (get a good laugh at the "Tools" I used, but hey, it worked, surprised me!).
