Water soluable until it dries then it's definitely permanent. The Cover-Lite is non-pourous so it took a couple layers to get full opacity. It does wipe off with dope thinner ;o). About 20 drops did 2-3 coats of entire upper surface. This will be awsome on tissue. Full color range including pearls. Just use the dropper and drop into the airbrush cup. If you've got a "Liner" (pre computer, pre technical pen, wide line making Drafting/Technical Illustration tool, looks like tweezers) you could use it for panel lines (but why?). I use it on tissue and silkspan. If you are using Krylon to fix your tissue it is a bit scary the first time you use it (carries a big load of water), but everything shrinks back tight when it dries. Much easier to handle than acrylic paints in an airbrush. since it already comes thinned to spraying consistency, and, in my experience so far, much lighter. Also, some brands have a range of metallic colors that work rather better than the acrylic paints. Nice to know that it works on Cover-Lite too. Please sign in to comment on this image.
