I have lost count of the # of coats. When done the plan is th run a fine paint maker along the color borders. I free handed the paint. SteveM 17-Sep-08 15:35 I had a horrible time with the yellow covering the gray primer on my ME-109. DD suggested I first start with a mix of white and yellow then proceed with the color coats of yellow.
