JFB!! SteveM 26-Oct-08 17:02 Thanks ws and poppy. I'm afraid it was too windy at the field to maiden, despite a 0-2 MPH wind forecast. One fella even got pushed so far downwind that he lost perspective, and the 77" SU-31 nosed into the ground in a neighboring field. I measured the throws after I got home, Rudder is +/- 1.125", Ailerons are +/- 3/8", and the elevator is 1/2" up and 5/8" down. I don't know why the elevator is not symmetrical, but I'd rather have it be a little off than the ailerons. Please sign in to comment on this image.
