Total Annihilation was the last game that sucked a lot of my time. I do run X-Plane quite a bit though...

Other than pong I have never indulged in computer games.... nor shall I.

i played those too, john in the 80's until board games gave way to computer games.

I forgot...."Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders!"

I was waiting for a few of you to say "kick the can". There's never really been any one game that has been a favorite, I might play a lot of one for a year or two, but eventually I get tired of doing the same thing over and over.

My P-51's canopy dimples. The canopy was probably formed in the last two years so I doubt newer is better in this case.

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6791 There's a 500mAH 3s that is pretty popular, hard to beat that price as well.

Thanks for the heads-up, Steve!

Mark has just posted on the Guillow's forum that there will be a price increase on October first, so buy now if you have been planning a project with a Guillow's kit.

Yes, ice had built up on the prop of the Aero-Star. Probably a combination of the high-RPM flying and cold morning. I have seen icing on a cold and foggy morning, but there was no fog this morning. And yes to James not having to worry about ice.

Landing was painful considering the lack of rudder control combined with sloppy ailerons. I used a 3S 350 mAh and 2S 640 mAh, both LiPo. I need 3S but would like longer flight times so I am looking at a 480 or 730 mAh TP Prolite battery. To help offset the heavier battery I can save 5g by switching from an APC electric to slow-flier prop and 4g by switching from a TB-9 to TB-6 ESC, but first I need to check to make sure I won't exceed the limits of either.

BEAUTIFUL!I Had a GWS kit doing the same thing!I slow poked in one time becuase of head wind and cashed it.It was due to weak push rod to stabilizer. It was letting to control surface move while landing.Plus the mustange has a short tail movement making it very quick in the up and down movement. Now that you know it flies maybe you can take some throw out until you get use to it flight charteristics! If you using Niacads battery think about polymers there much ligther and give you more milamps and flying time.I gone total polymer on every thing.I use 1800mah 3cell LI-PO.This would be to much for that plane in weight. They have smaller LI-PO packs. This has really gotting my intrest.

Off the prop, I should have taken a picture because some chucks were surprisingly thick. Probably not a problem you're apt to face any time soon. The decals do make it look better, thanks!
