It is a painting of a night jump over an airport during operation JUST CAUSE in Panama. I don't know the artist, but have always appreciated this painting. I had gone thru jungle training in Panama and then returned with the portion of the 5th Infantry Division that took part in the invasion. I believe this was the first time I had heard of the F117 which flew some missions during this time. When I saw oictures of it I thought I was being pranked because it looked like something out of Star Wars. Please sign in to comment on this image.
