I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Three things have bothered me about this scratch build. How to recess the guns was one. Me thinks this is history!

plasticbuddha...The Bondo spot putty works well. Dries quickly and sands esily....so toxic also! Aromatic!

You have got to keep the birds and bugs out. From bottom, oil coolers, superchargers, radiator.

One coat of Elmer's wood fill. Waiting for our order from Hobbylinc.com to refine the lines a bit. I found a motorcycle at a dollar store yesterday, maybe it will furnish cheap wheels!

Back from camp in Siberia, I put Sasha back to work. They were happy with the progress. Niki was not available....jet lag from travel!

We will go withthis, with some further modification. As one of the greats DD once said" who will notice the details when hangining from a ceiling!" I have a very high ceiling!

Over the morning coffee, the boys and I looked at Mig photos. Remember this is a protoype. We came up with this as a cooling radiator.

Got his in the wrong place John, but, suspect you can figure out where this reply should go

It ain't Bondo, but, Testors Contour Putty may be a close second. Try it..in the right places it works great!!!!

I have tipped a few in the bar in Newark Deleware where Poe is said to have hug out. Maybe the raven says "please...one more!"

Edgar A. Poe did his best work (almost all of his work for that matter) with assistance. Maybe we stumbled onto something. Hmmmm......

After studying photos I decided to lengthen the oil cooler ducts. Today's mission accomplished.

Obviously it's "only way to build"..and I haven't even gotten to the vino yet!!!!
JohnG., Comment for image # 421325 Aug 07 15:11
This is great...You've convinced me....the only why to build is with Uncle Carlo....except I think I'll go with Boone's Farm instead.
