Ahoy Ted you can use any paint there are paints out there on the market that has any color and brand you can choose they aexpensive to say the least. I mixed the paint on this flyingboat I went to sears and bought a pint of black whits and blue. i mixed the the colors to represent soecular darg blue which the navy used in the 1950,s I have a large selection og pionts of paint i mix my own useing fedral color charts. As long as you have the primary colors you can mix any color you wish. Boats

Ahoy Ted Bluefoam board come into 4x8ft lengths very cheap around $5.00 a sheet sometimes cheaper. The bluefoamboard is polyurethane,it sands a lot easier them wood. to build solid models useing this material, I cutout a 1/8th side profile of the fuselodge and sandwich the plywood in between the two foam halfs.the plywoof profile filler is the center line of the fuselodge on the sides of the fuselodge whre the foamboard is epoxied to, you mark off the former location makeing templates of the formers. you sand and file to shape useing your template as a guild do bothside at once to keep the fuselodge uniform and symetricle. wings and tail surfaces are done the same way, when finished cover with epoxie resin let dry and sand.any inperfections can be filled with bondo glazeing putty this stuff is a modlers best frien it is red in color and can be sanded with ease wet or dry method but before you fill in the inperfections you have to prime the structure first ythen go from there every modler has his way of doing it different thats what modeling is al about. the wingspan of this machine is 45 inch,s there you go Ted.

Thank you Ted, like my late father said at one time if you find them make them. useing card board disc is a early method of makeing scale tyres for your aircraft ot you can turn hardwood dowling as well so save those broom sticks they come in handy.A special thank you for the kits Ted I most greatfull. to be very very yones these are the first kits i got in 37 years i am beside myself over joyed with happyness, i.ll be posting some build threads on her on this here forum. AAHH! You've answered my curiosity about the wheels and canopies. I am very impressed not knowing anything about paper models. Beautiful!!
