I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Ok and Ok. Decals, anyone?
simpleflyer, Comment for image # 1168003 Apr 09 18:24
DD I could use the 1/16 strip wood. Thanks, Al

DD...May be able to use the cans of peas on the "O"ster.
David Duckett, Image # 1168003 Apr 09 15:45

Free! Since I don't use the 1/16" strip wood, it's starting to take over. The extra canopies and decals are free, too. If you can use these, let me know.

Water is indeed stored in there. Lots of water. Those are actually known as ribs and when lightning zaps one of these, the ribs are harvested and sold for various building or decorative applications. All the water stored inside is why the lightning is attracted.

That's very interesting. Exposed bones... Is water stored in there normally, or is that just in the flesh?

Perhaps the next build David? ;-P

Knowing that you are in fact human and do make mistakes gives the rest of us hope. I reviewed some of the other pictures and it looks fine, and this way you can try flying it.

This is gorgeous! The best Guillows Stuka build I have seen anywhere. I know what you mean on the Guillows drawings for the tail feathers. It's easy to miss, my miss was on the FW190. But it looks great and J.O. is right, no one could tell unless you mentioned.

Looks like it fits...top shelf! In this great pix I can see what you mean, the feathers are not up to specs....another 3D master sculpture!

DD...Ho Hum, unless you mentioned it no one would notice. Gorgeous prop and spinner.
David Duckett, Image # 1161328 Mar 09 17:37

The prop is temporarily attached to "see what it looks like".
David Duckett, Image # 1161228 Mar 09 17:35

Only when lining up the prop blades did I notice that the scale horizontal stabilizer is 13/16" thinner than the one used for flying. Since mine isn't flying, all I can say is #$%&%$**& #+

Dave, I've just gone through ALL your build threads. Amazing. Being a relative noob I have a few questions re: my Sopwith Camel. Is there a way to converse without boring everyone else? Thanks. Steve_in_NH Stevethissell@comcast.net

You win, I've got nothing that can compete with this.

Jack Roush's just finished rebuild in tribute to Col. Clarence "Bud" Anderson. He also owns the P-51D "Old Crow".
Luke War, Comment for image # 1157827 Mar 09 14:27
Ha, thats it huh? Sounds a little TOO easy, but Im definitely gonna give it a go! How about I just give you a quarter since Im sure there will be plenty more questions? ;)

Ist ein schoen Flugzeug. Du bist sehr gut.
David Duckett, Comment for image # 1157827 Mar 09 08:55
Thanks! What you need to do is seal the edge and you can do that by rubbing your nail along the edge of the tape, pressing it down, before painting. You can use just about any smooth edge to do it and you can see the difference in the tape where you do it, i.e. a slight color change. It works with just about all types of tape. 5 cents, please. ;-)

Looking SWEET as usual David! Im already looking forward to watching your next project even as im enjoying watching this one finish up. Question for ya: I notice youre masking your paint on that flap with tape, how do you keep the paint from bleeding under the tape? This keeps happening to me and Im not sure if it is the wood, type of tape, etc. Thanks man.
