These are the rudder struts. The skinny one goes on top and the wider one goes on bottom. |

Here are all of the painted mechanics. Engine, pullies, and pully belts. |

Now that is going to be some detail! Old Orville and Wilbur would be pleased. |

I love this one. This kit looks totally unlike anything I've ever built and one , at least this one, can't imagine even thinking about having to cut all those wing ribs out, much less these tiny pieces. |

Here is the completed elevator. On the Wright Flyer this is in the front of the plane. |

These are the prop mounts. |

And aren't you glad that they were 'laser cut' and they were pretty uniform weren't they? I've got one of these kits and am looking forward to building it. But my model construction skills are not quite up to to building something like this yet, but we're getting there. |

The rigging for the rudder is done. |

I thought I would give an idea of how many identical wing ribs there were. Over 65! |

Here's the frames of the elevator. |

Nest week I am starting a third plane a Bleriot. A build for summer weekends in my cabin. It is an Easy Build laser cut kit. Thanks to you I now know that I must sand the "torch" marks off. I was not planing on painting the wing. Maybe colored tissue, linen, would hide them. |

John M Oshust, The dark is from the laser cut. I think I'll paint it white. I might find a way to make faint marks where the ribs are. |

Jgood, I'm looking foward to completing this as well. It is not like any plane I have built before. It is a great "building for the fun of it" model. |

Are the dark maks on the wood from laser cutting? What color will you paint the wing? |

I haven't seen one of these completed before. Looking forwards to it. |

I finally finished the top wing. If you look closely or zoom you can see the spot were the rudder is connected. |

I was waiting for the other parts to dry so I decided to build the stand. |

Here is the rudder. It's pretty different than most other planes. |

Lucky you, keep refering to David Duckett's build in progress for some progress photos of his B-25. Using some of his techniques makes for an... "easier" build and much more authentic finished product. This one is in my hangar and with the available time I have to devote to building these kits, late 2008 should put this kit on the work station. |

Oops I'll put this under the correct plane |
