Progressing slowly

Really nice job there. The radio and wiring is a great touch. When I added mine to the P-39, it really fills in the cockpit/canopy area. Little things like that and the hinges are what set this are off. Nice shade of green might I add.

It looks great! I like the hinges for the entrance door. Fine attention to little details.

A very basic and out of scale cockpit setup but then again it will have a canopy covering it so who cares.

The 'business end' of the Mossie under development. 20mm cannon made from brass tubes. Must have packed a wallop !

Winter is over down here so time to literally dust off the Mossie and push on. Moveable flaps under development

Very nice detail.

Thanks Gary, no heater mate, can just about spend 15 minutes in the ice box before I start to freeze up. While I can bring a finished product into the house, woe betide me if I was to fire up the Dremel and create a dust storm in the house. A frying pan would inevitably be headed for my head.

Looking mighty fine Nigel. Have you got a heater in your man cave or have you managed to talk your way into the house?
Roring40, Comment for image # 2323917 Jul 11 20:18
Yup, will be positonable either retracted and covered or able to be locked down with the gear doors open.
RTD89, Comment for image # 2323917 Jul 11 10:23
Looking good Nigel! Are you gonna make this one with retractable gear as well?

L/G wheel well
Roring40, Image # 2324317 Jul 11 00:12

L/G will be poseable either retracted or covered up 'in flight'

All rivet holes filled and sanded. The guillows ones stamped into the engine covers were the size of dinner plates (in scale)
