Wow! Immaculate as always David. How on earth you managed to paint that wing camouflage so well freehand is beyond me. But then you are the master of such things so I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised! |

Hey, how did my paisans conceal the rocker arms under a hood of a 12 cylinder 450 hp. Ferrari, but we needed to create this ugly cowl for a 14 cylinder Fiat. Will have to search the warbirdkits website for other aircraft. Could be an interesting build. |

Thanks!!! I know nothing about Italian planes but there is a Macchi MC.200 Saetta short kit from www.warbirdkits.com , the people who make the plane John O is starting to build and it's exactly the same size as this one but I think in better scale. Is that basically the plane you have in mind? |

Awesome job!!! With these painting skills I hope at some stage you try building a Macchi 202 or similar. |

Beautiful camo,DD. Could not have done better w/airbrush. |

I see the cross, but the camo is sooo good, the plane disappears! |

Like the scheme and the wing walk is quite appropriate. This inward facing landing gear was a big design flaw earlier on experimental landings thus they added a beefy internal strut.
Only a true artist can paint camo like this by hand. Well on the way to another masterpiece DD. |

This puppy has some LONG legs. So do I. They don't look exactly right but they work. One comment I found said the "legs" on this plane were like those on Marlene Dietrich, another well known German. At te time. ;-) |
