| I took this to the park tonight. I misread the situation and removed some weight from the nose after a dodgy flight. That was the wrong move and I ended up crashing heavily (Pilot OK). Lots O'damage. I removed some tissue tonight and inspected everything. thankfully everything is repairable without too much trouble (4 things are broken), and the decals are all intact. So, should be OK. |

| Really nice looking plane. You got the bare aluminum look down. Let us know about the next flight. Looking forward to some more from this era.

| I tried one flight today but it was too windy, so I gave up and will wait for better conditions. I did see that the glide ratio looks favorable. |

| Actually it's the Curtiss Hawk. 18 day build. I had a lot of trouble (haven't learned anything?) but it turned out decent. Kit is nice, great quality. I only did one test flight and managed to bust off the prop assembly (already fixed, pilot OK). Model is less heavy compared to what I usually end up with. Next few days look rainy so flight trials might have to wait. |

| That's sweet, just jot the P66 from Diels. Hope it hooks as good as your P36. |
