| Very, very nice! I almost always cover the solid wood areas. The paper hides the grain of the wood and gives a consistent surface for painting. |

Another Hurricane all covered and doped, except for a small section under nose. Generally do you guys paper the solid wood areas? |

| I haven't built a boat in some time, although the urge is slowly building. No I haven't built this one, it looks like one of "Nelson's Navy" from Caldercraft. |

| It should be good as it is a copy of David D's build of the Hurricane. I do have a reference book which helps to understand why David D has done certain things. |
