I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

excellent construction!

Test fit. I decided to leave the LG as is. Whoever started tis put a lot of effort into them and deserves to be remembered.

It's 3/4' pine. A copy of those cardboard ones that gets destroyed in a couple of months.

The one that owns my home would like something like this! Looks like something sturdy that a cat can really sink some claws into!

I've been thinking the same thing about 77. Does it get any better?

I'm surprised I'm still around after 78 years:-)

Made exhaust stacks this afternoon. My eyes are tired.

Thanks, Ed. The chair was in pieces, but the desk was straight forward. I'm still surprised that it's still around after 71 years.

Nice job! I see I'm not the only one that gets distracted.

A new scratch box for the one who owns the house.

Slower progress on the Mustang because of a couple of other projects that have been in the wings. My desk from 1948 refinished.

All major parts done and covered with silkspan. Whoever began this one did a very nice job on the retracting gear. They work well, but I decided to make them fixed and down. Instaling the 6 fifties in the wings now.

Doesn't look like the same dust pile:-)

Wings fixed and fuselage infilled.

No it doesn't, Brian, but like DD said, it will.
David Duckett, Comment for image # 4148805 Nov 19 17:20
Probably not, Brian, but he knows how to make them now:-)
BriandKilby, Comment for image # 4148805 Nov 19 16:40
does it have a canopy don?
Don C, Comment for image # 4148805 Nov 19 15:09
Ed, from the box I'd guess late 60's to early 70's. Given the amount of dust on it, I'd say '60's. It also had a box of straight pins. The rubber was shot. No decals, just colored paper. It did have the plans though, thanks. I'll need to figure out how to lock the gear up and/or down, but the rest should be pretty straight forward.
