The thin "PTEG" at the LHS works good. I've also heard that 2 Liter soda bottles work pretty good too,but I have yet to try those. |

Not only does it work, it is simple and I found it far easier to make a canopy than I ever thought it would be. The only problem was finding the right kind of 'candy cover'. The first plastic I used turned a milky white. A different and some what thinner plastic gave me perfect canopy. It is now trimmed and ready for installation. Go to Mike's site and have look, he has a lot of tips for building, finishing and flying rubber powered models. |

When scatch building one of the problems will be a canopy. Mike on Mikes Flying Scale web site provides a step by step tutorial for molding a canopy. |
