Bedsheets will make an excellent backdrop. They even used to hang them up behind finished aircraft, or portions, in the early 1920's during various stages of manufacture. Still a great shot of a beautiful job. |

Brian, if you check history the standard color was olive drab. Model Master federal standard color is exact. Box art is what it is "Art". If there was a deviation, it was up to the area commander's discretion. Camo wise. Research fighter groups and pictures. Unfortunately most are black and white. The AF museum in Dayton can help. |

thanks fellas! I tried to start a guillows mosquito kit, but the wood was hard and brittle. so i'll put it off for a sunny day.
