THe balsa was soakedovernight in a mixture of water and Windex, taped to the pill bottle, and allowed to dry for a couple of days. I measured the distance around the former to see how much to cut away. These cuts were done on the bottle. |

I have a couple of pieces of 1/16" balsa soaking in water and Windex overnight and tomorrow will wrap them around pill bottles and let them dry awhile before making the shaped intakes. In the meantime the dreaded wing filets await and they will require some work as they are quite large. |
