sounds good captain.

Funny you should say that, Brian... I say, the Comet P-38 would be the best for a full sized 52 foot project. You in? We'll make it modular, so you can take her home with you... I got plenty of room to build it here...

maybe you should try building a full size plane, although it would be hard building it in your garage, then, but it would be fun to fly.

Nope, the tomcat.. (F-14) me and Lonnie, my grandson built em side by side. Turned out n ice. I've blown the plans for the tomcat 400% and will build it some time this winter...

Very nice indeed Bill. Are you going to suspend these from the roof in a rolling dive formation?

I remember this series, fuselage is built around a cardboard tube. The wing and tail have a union jack pattern, this was a very good design.
FLYBOYZ, Comment for image # 1420828 Sep 09 23:41
YES!Thats the beauty of it it was easy construstion with the tube in the fuse and crise cross wing ribs. When you finished it the plane is very strong and it looked true.We converted some to U control. The tube in the fuse made it very straight.

I think it's good to do more than one; in reality, you always see military aircraft in formation.
BillParker, Comment for image # 1420828 Sep 09 00:45
I've never seen anything like this. The wing formers "criss cross..."
