Roughing up with sandpaper seems to help a little, as does a coat of crystal clear. But in any case you need to scrape with a hard object and a fair amount of force. Although for the Tyro I am thinking of leaving it clear, I like the look and it would simplify repairs. poppy 28-Mar-08 09:43 Wow!! Leaving it clear would certainly show the fine construction work and would probably make it lighter, but with an electric that may not matter as much. I really like this material.
