The computer at work has a screen that has the brightness and contrast of an etch-a-sketch. I like the panel lines. try some of that Future floor wax, one bottle will last a lonk time.

Here is the under surfaces I ran out of medium gray all need it for is the flap and belly tank nad the gray is done the same treatment was done on the under side like I done on the top letting her dry for the night finish up on th belly tank and th landing gear and finish up the gray and i will hang her up to join my private airforce to collect dust.

I finished the top surfaces of the plane, I re mixed my Olive drab before habd applied 2 coats of gray primer then went ahead and airbrushed the olive drab when dry i shot a coat of Krylon and let dry then placed the devcals and added the decal soloution letting her dry over night

Got the wing on letting dry over night tommorow i will shoot 3 coats of primer on and finish painting the wing and decal same when finished I will complete the build with the construction and installation of th lnding gear assembly

Here is the completed wing ready for covering along with the fuselage I done more tune up work on the fuselage I have very bad lighting in my shop so it is bettewr take in the daytime then at night.

Looking at the top of framed wing the landing gear wheel well useing carstock instead of wood there will be another spar and some stringers installed before covering the wing next will be the forming of the landing gears assemblies and the alerons will be next.

Intalliong the wheel wells, Like everything else to make things retro fit I removed some portions of the spar and ribs to make room for the wheel wells, I done the nose wheel unit so i my as well follow suite. looking on the bottom of the framed wing assewmbly

Thanks John, this cheapo camera dont do her justice looks better then on camera but she is comeing along quite well on mny next build i will fill in between the stringer with sheet balsa, then sand fill and prim and cover with aluminum tape makeing panels and finish off with the paint job. to this build its an airacobra thank you John Boats

Prop assembly completed ans installed, 4 coats of clear dope filled in the wood after sanding with bondo glazeing putty sanded same 1 coat of gray primer and airbrushed areo gloss black dope nose canon on the spinner is made from paper tubeing.
