Ahoy Ted. Ted I used the Fedsral standards color chips, I have a whole selection of color charts chips that wewre used for all aircraft. the olive drab I used on my P39 was mixed by my self useing the charts. Thanks Boats

Looking down on the left side of fuselage will have more update pictures tommorow I just finished shooting on a coat of butraite dope thinned with acetone. tommorow the stringers will tighten up.

Turning two on the tail feathers. Here is the assembled and doped on tissue for the rudder next I will shoot on 2 coats of Krylon clear let dry and airbrush olive drab I had to make my own Olive drab last night before painting the model i forgot to mention it on the previous upload.

completeing the nose wheel well, Everytime i finish something i find more to do. as to this i added the wheel well to the nose wheel assembly this will apply to the main landing gear also.

A shot of the left side of the fuselage tommorow i wqill finish up the right side like the left side is. I have a lot of work ahead on the fuselage it will be shipshape in a day or two the stringers are starting to tighnen up now the butraite is kicking in.

I went ahead and painted the left side of the fuselage olive drab all of the panel work is done when the fuselage is completely finished I will ink in the rest on my next build i will fill in the stringers with balsa sheets Before i painted the olive I airbrushed a coat of Butraite dope thinned with acetone so it should tightnen up with time the canopy needs a little cleaning up i will clean it up with some alchol.

Thanks Fellas I have tons of work on the fuselage before it gets its finished paint job. As of now doing some panel work, and the preparation of the plastic parts if the good lord is willing I should have the fuselage painted by this Friday. I be up working on this for another 3 or 4 hours, then i will hit the fart sack and get some sleep. thanks fellas Boats

Installed the canopy to the fuselage assembly useing epoxie let dry then add some paneling detail then I will apply a coat of primer.

Fuselage covering all finished After the covering a sprayed 5 coats of alchol and let dry, then 3 coats of Krylon clear when dry I will install the plastic pieces. then prime the fuselage for the finished coat

Got the forward section of the fuselodge skined with silkspan, now working aft of the fuselodge should have this doine by this evening. I elected not to skin the assembly with card stock or /balsa sheets

Nose wheel assembly finished. I added the expansion links to the sisscors 5 coats of primer added. tommorow I will start to cover the fuselodge.
