Mr. Prop, she looks more like a plane every day. I hope tp get some yellow on the upper wing today.

This flying prop needs some shaping but I think it wiil do. Plans for my Ford tri-motor are on the way. Reduced by 50% they make a bird with a38 in span.

The UPS "Santa" brought the rotund lady a present...her 9 in. prop. Her wardrobe is almost complete!

I just watched the videos. This is one awesome bird. Video 4 is why I do not fly anymore.

do all the engines function or just a few?
sly812, Comment for image # 538021 Dec 07 06:28
wow... that is a huge piece of kit. My friend is building a E-3A AWACS just a little small then this, but he is having a hard time finding the courage to fly it.. nice job...

$12k in engines alone, wow. I like my planes to at least have one gun or bomb or missile though.

Everyone here has a special thing about the build that they like. I love engines and LG. It is for this reason my next build will hopefully be a very large Ford tri-motor.

Very nice work on the vents John, the engine is a true inspireation, makes me want to put a radial on my P40.
