this is a non flying scale display model using the infill method. The props are from E-flight because they were exactly the right size. I will use them again on the Coastie version I plan to do but I will make my own spinners for that one. Sku # EFL9051 if you would use the same props on your Widgeon should you decide to build one...

the kit goes together well and depicts a very nice scale version of the Grumman Widgeon - the 'Little Goose' with the Ranger engines and slightly smaller fuselage and wing as well as the fixed wing pontoons vs the Goose's retractable ones. I have already ordered another that I will finish in a more traditional paint. The wingspan is 30" on this kit and there is plenty of room for a very detailed cabin and cockpit. I suppose one could even attempt to make the LG operable

the formed plastic parts had excellent form and fit once they were trimmed..all of the cut lines were clearly delineated and true.
