They both look very nice. The scale difference really is demonstrated with this photo.

Olive is one fine looking babe!! I do not know if you guys have seen this , but it is well worth it : http://www.asb.tv/videos/view.php?v=1bf99434&br=500

Thank you sir. After getting the wings attached I now realize that Olive is not the 1/12 scale claimed by the designer she is 1/14. Bluto turns out to be a little larger than 1/12. This explains why when they are together there is a large size discrepancy.

Looking good. I agree with DD, you must get to an airshow. Maybe the one in Oshkosh, WI in late summer for the largest in U.S. Others are great but pale in comparison to this one.

The fashion is wide spread. You absolutely must get to an air show!! As much as you love planes, you are missing a great thrill. As you might imagine, having spent 20 years in the Air Force and living where I do, I've seen many shows and they are always a thrill. In March the Thunderbirds will perform here again as part of the big show held every three years or so. They're impressive but the Blue Angels are better ( IMHO) . Regardless of who's performing, it's exciting. I've seen a Mustang flying at a couple of shows and the sound can only be described as "SWEEEEET", sorta like I imagine a Lamborghini sounds. If there's a show within reasonable distance this summer, get thee to it!

I have observed fashsion statements such as this at county fairs in the hills of Pennsyltuckey. I have never had the opportunity to attend an air show....yet.

Since they're in the same air force, I would expect the flight suits to be the same but a "marriage made in Heaven" conjures up the image of a fat couple wearing the same t-shirts with fingers on each pointing in opposite directions and captioned, "I'm with stupid." One can see them at any air show.

frwyflyer... Thanks, this time around, I know what I am doing and should match scale panels fairly close. I am limited by the max width of the tape..2.5 inches.

Flight suits...maybe!
