Really nice "stuff", Jerry. My queen says" Who's gonna see all the stuff you are doing?" But... we know why we do it. |

Jerry, many years (28)ago I was at the Smithsoniam and they had one that they were going to restore. I got a look at it and the guy who was with me told me that it was ten years ahead of our technology. Except for the fact that they had problems getting materials this would have neen a pretty influencial aircraft. |

The lines that to me makes it one of the most beautiful aircraft of WW2 are apparent in this stick together. |

After returning from a two week Christmas Rhine Cruise with a gargantuane cold/upper resperatory infection that has had me "under" the bed for almost a month I have finally gotten back to work on the Macchi. |

I mean ...'radial engined Mc 200'... |
jerry campbell, Image # 20480 | 12 Dec 10 09:53 |
Using as many su-assemlies of the radial engined Mc 203 as possible and installing imported German DB inline engines the 202 had a top speed of 375 mph, and could hold its own with any allied fighter. |

Tacking on the wing further brings out the graceful desighn. |

The Macchi Mc. 202 is one of the most graceful fighters in WW2. |
