Xanadu, Comment for image # 22620 | 08 May 11 22:37 | Oh, I have had my share of crashes and repairs as well, so I can relate. |
ftomstark, Comment for image # 22620 | 08 May 11 18:35 | Xanadu, Thanks for the concern. I you aare going to fly them you are going to crash them occasionally. This one was hard to figure since I flew a peanut scale of the Cessna C 34 for several years and it was quite stable and is still in perfect shape. The RC version seems to be cursed but is ready to try to fly again. |
Xanadu, Comment for image # 22620 | 08 May 11 18:10 | OUCH..........sorry to see this happened. |
ftomstark, Image # 22620 | 08 May 11 13:26 | Sometimes things just don't work out. Its been repaired and I'll try again. |
ftomstark, Image # 22619 | 08 May 11 13:24 | I hope the Hellcat flight goes this well, not like the next picture. |
ftomstark, Comment for image # 22598 | 08 May 11 12:59 | Creosotewind, good point. Actually, the field I fly from has thick grass which has saved many a plane. I'll share pictures of the flight attempts regardless of how they turn out. |
Creosotewind, Comment for image # 22598 | 08 May 11 10:12 | Looks like a great model. I'd find a smoother landing strip, though. |
ftomstark, Image # 22598 | 07 May 11 11:58 | It's ready to fly weight is 5.8 ounces, the target was 6 ounces. First flight will have to wait until I get back from Europe. |
