Thanks, Brian. I'm using pieces cut from sheet stock and any scrap that's suitable. I use primarily Testors wood cement for all the fill work because it can be sanded. |

Beautiful work, David. I know you've mentioned it before, but is your technique to use scrap balsa to fill the gaps between the doubled stringers? Is it scrap from the sheet stock or strips? Also, what glue works best to keep this easy to sand and shape? Thanks! You definitely inspire us mere mortals. |

Oh, these will do aerobatics. I flew in one out of Coolidge. Once we were off the ground, the pilot said "It's yours, what do you want to do?" We did barrel rolls and loops and dives. Best Christmas present ever. |

Used medium CA to permanently attach cowl and doubled the stringers. |

3/32" stringers and the cowling is glued to the front with plastic cement. |
