BriandKilby...The last three have been 1/8 scale with 40 inch spans. Katrina is 1/9 scale with a 36 inch span. Please visit http://www.aerodromerc.com/ great kits, great selection....that is if you like WW1 and bipes. Please do not be mislead they are all short kits. The guns, engines, cockpits, LG, and such are all my scratched additions.

Left side of the Argus completed. Note: Crankcase, fuel pump, and water pump omitted as they will not be visible when engine is installed.

This will eventually work OK.....however full completion is away down the road.

I covered the wood with poly-span and applied sealer. Cut open the pit and fitted combing. Ordered the drapes and flooring.

Not a whale but a humped smelt!

No sir...some will be covered with poly-span. 36"span. I made a framing error. No mention of a bend in either the instructions or the plans. Corrected the problem with a more robust Katrina

Will the entire fuselage be covered with wood?

Weird fuse shape...kinda like a pregnant whale on it's back. What is the wingspan???
John M Oshust, Image # 2444327 Dec 11 16:31

Fuse progress right.

The start of the interior design. The color of the drapery is always a hard call!
