I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

The BF109 was a complete overhaul build. I did not use anything from the kit except the decals and canopy. I still have to cover the rudder and stab. Some minor detail work and it will be done. The BF109 is a light build. I was going to build all the 500 series this way but after the Wildcat and BF109 I was burnt. It takes a lot of time and effort to revamp a Guillow kit. If I don't do a lot of mods I can finish a kit in a couple of weeks.

Poppy, you bring up a good point. I have been in major e-mail arguments with people in many countries over whether or not models with the swastika on the tail should be allowed. (This picture will be filtered out or edited in some countries.) Whenever I do a model of a WWII airplane in German markings I always put it on. My point is exactly yours, it's a part of history that no one should never allowed to forget.

I got your email, and added the Zero in, Skip. Day off work today!

jgood (aka James) runs/owns/moderates this website and can add the plane for you. Odds are he will see your request and add the plane when he gets home from work tonight. If not, send your request to him at "mail at jamesgood dot com".

I'm sorry to seem dumb, but who is the moderator?
scigs30, Comment for image # 695507 Mar 08 12:17
The moderator will add it, just let him know.

Need some help. How does one add an airplane that is not previously on the given Aircraft List (Dumas - Zero) Thank you.

That is why I laugh when people say white glue dries too slow.

A model is a model, and signifies nothing else. They represent a part of history that should never be forgotten.

I am real lucky and own an Alps printer. I bought two off Craigs list some time back and have been stocking up on inks.

I was the same way, I did not want to build WWII because they are a pain to fly. But for some reason I wanted to dig deep into my roots of building planes and this is where I began.

Well done! The "Butcher Bird" looks ready to prowl.

Call me old fashioned, but I swore that I'd never build a WWII German plane, but after seeing this, I think I'll build one, (maybe with US markings). A real work of art. You can be proud of this.

How do you make them?
sweetwillie, Comment for image # 695507 Mar 08 09:19
Wow! What a beauty! You sure work fast, and good too.

Damn man, you work fast. It is beautiful. You do a wonderful job with tissue. Gotta get this one and build it.

I bet a black and white spinner (colours split on opposite sides) would look really good. This looks amazing, scigs.
