Has Manzano Laser experienced a resurrection? You said they were out of business. |

The next build already has a name. I will attempt to mimic one of the strangest and oddly shaped biplanes to cross my desk. The biplane shall be called "Ogre"! As soon as this air-screw is completed it will be ordered from Manzano Laser.
BTW Nunzio had chicken pox as an adolescent. Now that he has matured its a case of shingles! |

Oh yes. looking O.K. ....even though it looks like there might be a case of chicken pox along the fuse.... :-) So, what's on the agenda for the next build???? |

The airscrew blake is back from the cutter. Now for a bit of sculpture. |

Well the shop is neat and tidy once again. I delivered the prop blank to my processor and I await it's return. The shop is clean and will. Hopefully stay neat until next year when I start another build. Nunzio had fuel lines installed today and as an anti dust measure, a light coat of semigloss polycrylic. Baby photos should be in order the beginning of the week. Happy trails |

Hidden in this photo is an airscrew. Can you find it? |

Thanks poppy, I really wish that I did not have to enter the build each time I post photos. Sometimes I forget to change to the current build. Detail, just realized a omitted the fuel lines...oops...cannot run without petrol! |

Time today well spent on completing the rigging. |

I reengineered the aileron linkage, Made some modifications to the fuselage and reinstalled. The linkage works similar to the original. The control rods attach the ailerons to a toggle crank below the floor in the cockpit. Now if I lift one aileron the opposite side goes down. For those of you accustomed to the install of control surface mechanics this may seem trivial but for me this is a major accomplishment. Who knows maybe someday I will build a plane to fly and crash! |

Thanks gents. The problem is next week I am not going to have an activity to occupy my neurons. It is much to cold to start planting the garden😄 |

The beading section of an arts and craft store is a wondrous place to get building supplies. Also a great place to make new female friendships😃 |
