I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Tomorrow I will have Gumby trim the exhaust pipes, fabricate and install intake valves and manifolds.

I thought that your normal Modus Operandi.
John M Oshust, Comment for image # 3781625 Jan 17 13:01
rayl, FYI The air screw is a prop from my junk box. It is far from the scale of the Baboon. A Jenny alternate air screw that did not make the cut. It's purpose here is to add some finality to the engine. When I start a build I usually address the engine first and the air screw carving and install last.

Plugs go better with air screws!

The front bank of plugs.

Gumby fabricated the front set of spark plugs, the rear destined for tomorrow.

Is it just me, or does the prop look undersized?

John, the master of radial engine replication! Looks great so far. It's good to see you building again. I have missed your work.

In real life 175 HP 290 lbs of "brute strength" The ABC Wasp radial engine circa 1917.

JohnO - it's already starting to look vintage and antique.

rayl. Thanks. Gumby is so happy with this that he cannot wait to start adding the bells and whistles.

I like it!

Engines always look nicer with an air screw!
John M Oshust, Image # 3781524 Jan 17 15:32

Gumby thinks this will look "much more" better!
