Nice work, looks super! |

Tight curved surfaces require additional stringers as you can see on fuselage. Flat and slight curves come out beautiful. Poppy, great system and I can now appreciate all the work it takes. Big airships are a possible combo cover. Glad I tried this method. Tomorrow a little more Micro-Fill and second primer coat. |

First prime and 400 grit rub. All imperfections revealed but plane is 90% glass finish. Rudder cracked so a little fixing is required. |

Chris, most hobby supply shops that offer R/C planes will probably have it. |

This stuff sounds pretty amazing! Any ideas where, or even if, I can get this in the UK? |

This is looking great! For anyone interested, I used only micro-fill on the P-40 and P-51 in my hanger to build wing fairings and fillets. |

I also, 2 jars, plus assorted other material to make finishing easier. |

I think you'll like it, John. Notice that Moostang ordered TWO jars, as did I. |

I am glad you approve of the Micro Fill as I await an order. |

Okay , I'm hooked. Micro-Fill is amazing. First application and sanding. Best part though, how easily it sands versus the Hobbico. |

Covered and ready for Magic filler and sanding. Poppy, like silkspan, wings much less complicated than the fuselage. Single sheet for wings, 8 pieces for fuse. |

Good job! |

No, it's not a duck decoy. Right wing skinned with 1/32" balsa. Stabe and rudder carved 3/32" stock. Practice on the little boys makes the bigger boys that much easier. |

Right wing framed with a little extra lumber for attachment. |

Little sucker came out pretty true. It's resting on 1/32" sheet balsa which I'll use for covering. |

Formers and fuselage side were attached to 1/16"" sheet balsa for added strength. Added an extra row of stringers atop sides, set back 1/16" since I'll practice sheet covering on this one. |

A little something and I mean little, while I wait for items from Tower Hobbies to be delivered for the Lib. |
