Don C, Comment for image # 35203 | 23 Dec 15 23:53 | It's a good looking plane. Looking forward to see it fly again. |

Anders, Comment for image # 34267 | 27 Jun 15 16:40 | Yes, the laser cut is good. But this one is an old rarity, die crushed concrete wood, Even with my best effort i could not get a complete part. But i enjoy Guillows plans, clean and any part of the building prosess not obivious is explained. |
lukebozek1, Comment for image # 34267 | 27 Jun 15 15:47 | The kit I'm working on is @ 50 years old and the balsa is so bad that it actually disintegrates. But we all get old, don't blame Guillow's too much, I have had some excellent kits, especially the laser cut stuff. |
John M Oshust, Comment for image # 34267 | 26 Jun 15 21:44 | Guillows takes pride in their fine balsa! One reason why I avoid their models! Life is too short to deal with sub par lumber! |
rayl, Comment for image # 34266 | 26 Jun 15 20:56 | Building model planes while living on a boat ... and getting paid for it!! Pretty close to Nirvana if you ask me. |
Anders, Image # 34268 | 26 Jun 15 20:50 | Love the wings, easy to build and plenty of area to carry the RC gear |
Anders, Image # 34267 | 26 Jun 15 20:47 | Guillows Albatros D5A. Most of the kit wood was impossible to work with, all the formes etc were outlined on new balsa and cut. Elevator added for Rc. |
Anders, Image # 34266 | 26 Jun 15 20:35 | Guillows Albatros D5A. Images are a bit dark, i built most of this one while in my boat, and tle light are not suited for building. I had the responsebillity for getting the first Starbucks coffe shop in Stavanger done, and figured if i took my boat to Stavanger id be ready to go to work at any time. And of course this meant building a kit in the spare time :) |
