I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

I built this 45 years ago. I recall it died in a fiery crash (I had set it on fire).

For the most part, yes. Now if I have a fragile structure, I might not shrink it again and just brush on dope.

Greetings... scigs! I was admiring your covering skills and have a question... seems I always have questions. Do you wet the tissue again after you have applied it to the frame? Even though you have preshrunk it. Thanks. :)

This is green Esaki, no paint. I used clear dope aerogloss.

Nice work again! I am kind of partial to the Elmer's 50/50 as well however I do use the glue stick a little, like holding the tissue in place, then I seal with the 50/50.

Tight as a drum...nice job!

Really nice finish... Did your kit come with the colored tissue? Did you use colored dope? I just bought this kit and mine has white tissue.

The Guillows wheels are way too heavy at 15 grams a pr or 7.5 gr each. I made my own using my Vac U Form and now they weigh 2 grams each.

I like advice no. 2 .... (no matter how bad the build is going, always finish it).

I have used Aerogloss for 25 years with no problems.

Isn't Aerogloss a butyrate dope? Do you do something to stop the shrinkage or is it not a concern? Great job by the way.

Enter this for the Guillows model of the month.
