I use Tamiya paint. Upper surface is FX-62 Olive Drab + 10% White + 10% XF-52 Flat Earth; lower suface is Tamiya XF-53 Neutral Gray + 10% XF-2 White. The recognition color of course is XF-2 white.

Actually this technique does not require a particularly steady hand; just cutting out strips of Drafting Tape and then pressing them in place. It does require a small anount of planning and a degree of patience. Of course several new No. 11 blades will be used. Learning t5he art of sharpening blades (which I have yet to learn) should be investigated.

OUTSTANDING...obviously a steadier hand than the average "Old Bear". Great work.

The masking outline is complete.
jerry campbell, Image # 1852605 Jul 10 09:12

The pattern gave me a good mask for the rear window that was easy to stick down.
jerry campbell, Image # 1852505 Jul 10 09:09

I cut out from the plans the outline of the rear window and used it as a pattern.
