I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Tell the young fella to keep it up. I love to see and hear kids playing and it's also great to see him trying to play the riffs just like the legends. You never know he might decide to start building someday.

Was hoping he wanted to build planes, but... his fascination for guitar took over. This is the reason I haven't been building or posting much. Builds have been on hold. Check him out playing lead guitar on Led Zeppelin's Heartbreaker! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UmZaeismT8 He excelled much more in 8 months of lessons than I did in 35 years of building or an unforgetful amount of guitar playing.

This was done in Rust-o-leum light grey. Works really good, but make sure all prior prep is complete, especially all plastic being doped etc. If dope contacts this primer once applied, it will remove it, curl it etc. No, no, no....

moostang, What type of primer are you using??

Would not have turned out as well if not for all you pros sharing your great building techniques and photos with all of us here on the website. Thanks. Next build will probably be the Series 400 Messerschmitt.

This youngster should be ready to start building. He looks very interested in tha beauty he's holding.

Beautifully smooth finish here moostang51. Nice, crisp detailing, and the spinner looks superb too. Excellent work.

My son wanted the "stickers" on it. Geez, now I hope you all can appreciate what I deal with. Underside tomorrow...maybe.

Lines are for moveable surfaces only. Poppy, give you a lot of credit since you mark out all panel lines. Small spinner cut with a dremel from 1/2" square stock mounted on 3/32" wood dowel.

It was a good learning experience on trying the balsa sheeting in lieu of silkspan. Both have their advantages.

Getting close to finishing. Will not install landing gear. Canopy still in limbo.

Had a problem with chrome enamel (fingerprints and such). Resanded and painted with Dark Yellow acrylics. Mounted prop, made spinner today. Currently doing masked areas and panel lines. Hope to post finished photos soon. The Lib is currently under fuselage masking for stripes. Not much time to work on both but progress photos upcoming. Hope you're feeling okay and that all is well.
