| PARTS CUT OUT - I put in a new #11 Exacto blade knife and cut out all of the parts from the "Printwood" balsa sheets (first time). I find that you can even cut against the grain with a sharp blade, a steel ruler, and a "cutting mat". I am still working on the sizing up of all of the notches, and test fitting with a small piece of 1/16" square balsa stringer, to snugly accept the 1/16" square balsa stringers, as close as I can. |

| FLEET CANUCK PLAN - here is a pic of the plan - it has FLOATS. The plan actually looks very good - downthrust for the noseblock, positive incidence on the wing, slight negative incidence on the stab, but no incidence on the floats as compared to the fuse datum. I have to make a removable nose block as per the supplied extra sheet of instructions, that came with the kit. There is no removable nose block on the original plan. |
