The two Al blades are stacked on each other. Match is pretty close. Not bad for an old fart that has trouble seeing!

The wood nose block will be pegged to the engine or firewall, the prop and spinner will spin in the nose block....hopefully. The process easier than anticipated though time consuming!

Cowl progress.Cardboard template almost there. It must be cut to the blk line. Traced on burnished Al sheeting, then hand fit. A wood nose block guled to its front, the the spinner can be made.

If you look close you can see traces of the Al oaint failure. poppy, DD, Moos....help! I have to paint before turkey hunting!
