Ditto that last query, are those wings made from foam?

This looks like it is so detailed that it can't be balsa and tissue. The panel lines and the canopy details are incredible. I have seen Cleveland plans before and they look like a quest rather than a build. This website keeps raising the standards to teh point where it is a humbling experience to look at these incredible builds.

I'm curious as to how you did the panel lines. They look just like those on a plastic kit.

Ahoy Ted The cardstock I use is 24 lb cardstock that can bought at office max stores. The gun barrels superstructures are made from letter paper, hull is made from 60 lb cardstock . I built the model from plans provided by the LKate Abe Tuabman p-lan service you have to have a goodd scource of modeling plans, I used aleens tacky glue the decks were made from 24 lb card stock the decks were airbrushed teak color when dry useing a metal ruler I scribed in the planking lines Ted. go to papermodlers.com you will see all of my cardmodels from planes to ships. When I think of paper I envision copy paper. Surely this isn't copy paper. What kind of paper are you using?

Glad to see you're still around, this is another in a long line of beautiful builds. I agree with the comment on Easy Built kits. They have one heck of a variety of kits. Still working the IL2 from a Golden Age kit and it's coming along nice. But we have tripled the amount of wood in this kit. Take care!
