Boats, I watched this build on Papermodelers site, and downloaded Lief's files. Pretty cool. How did you get such a smooth transition on the cowling?

Just outstanding Boats! I was just looking last week at the JU-52 paratroop transport, with towed DFS-230A troop glider. I was thinking that they would make awsome looking models together in tow. You have sure made the JU-52 look awsome! How did you do the corrugated sheet metal skin effect? Thanks Boats! and GREAT LOOKING DETAIL!

Thanks Luke for your reply sir, I done a lot of this while I was in the Navy I use to go down below in the mess hall and ask the stew burner to save all of the cardboard durring the daily break outs for meals. when I got off watch I went down below in the boson locker that was my hobby shop away from the crew and build models all the time and have them sent home swtate side. Thanks Luke Boats

Boats, you must have learned these building techniques on deployments. I remember guys building everything under the sun from stainless steel nuts, washers and trash cans. Great job.
