My goal is to have the fuse ready, and from pit to tail painted white by Wed. evening. I am off to the hills to rape and pillage for a few days. Upon return, start the wings.

Tomorrow the head rest and the fuse will be almost complete.

CW....It is nice to draw upon skills learned from former builds. I like sharing them here on VA.

There is real potential with this kit, and you are bringing it all out.

Looking fantastic!! All the details really stand out well.

The LG is not from the kit. I scratched it very close to the real thing. The wheels are purchased.
John M Oshust, Image # 952212 Oct 08 20:43

The metal axle mounts in the copper bearing tube.
John M Oshust, Image # 952112 Oct 08 20:42

Bunges held the axle to the supports. I will use elastic chord.

This LG is more to scale. It needs wire and paint....and stars, of course!

I will finish this stage tomorrow.
